To apply for your Tesoro Fleet Card, sign and fax a completed application to 1-800-374-4568 or mail to Fleet Services, P.O. Box 639, Portland, ME 04104-0639.

With our new program, you’ll enjoy the additional flexibility to completely manage your account online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through a secure and user-friendly website. Our detailed online management reports will show you who purchased what, when and where — including information regarding miles per gallon and cost per mile to track vehicle performance.
