Free Fillin’® Rewards Program

Free Fillin’ stamps and booklets have been available to consumers in many Tesoro markets throughout the last decade. Due to explosive growth of the Internet, the current stamp program will expire on 12/31/2009, and a new web-based program will launch in select markets at participating retail locations on January 1, 2010.

The following are key dates regarding the termination of the stamp-based program, and the launch of the web-based program:

- 12/31/2009: Last day to receive stamps from participating retail locations
- 01/1/2010: Web-based Free Fillin'® Loyalty Program Launch (register online at www.tesorofreefillin.com, and collect Vouchers at participating retail locations)
- 01/31/2010: Last day to redeem completed stamp booklets (from old program) to participating retail locations to receive a fuel discount
- 02/15/2010: Last day Tesoro will allow redemptions for airline miles for stamp books received via the mail (with a postmark of January 31, 2010)
