This Tesoro gift card is redeemable for goods and services only at participating Tesoro or USA Gasoline stations. This Tesoro gift card is not a debit/credit card and has no implied warranties. The Tesoro gift card is not redeemable for cash (except where required by law), and may not be used as payment on any account, money order or for lottery purchases. Except in certain circumstances, this Tesoro gift card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. This Tesoro gift card does not expire. Purchase or use of this Tesoro gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, including current terms and conditions announced from time to time by Tesoro or USA Gasoline. Any provision of such terms and conditions found in violation of law are null and void.
