In each of the Company’s major markets, the Company has established contributions committees and/or contributions coordinators who oversee awarding grants to non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations. Tesoro reserves the right to interpret, apply, and administer our Community Relations program in accordance with the Company's charitable contributions and grants policy.
